Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. ValoraTime is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
